HOTELS AND HOSPITALITY
Apex has experience of delivering Training TV, media training, accredited programmes in management, leadership and coaching to the hospitality sector. This includes development of service vision, standards, processes, skills and behaviours, problem solving and continuous improvement, learning management systems and the innovative coaching app.

Apex partners with a number of leading sports clubs, including Premier League and Scottish Premier League winners. The development undertaken with these clubs includes training ticketing teams, hospitality teams and customer service staff, as well as working to improve the capability of sponsorship sales and commercial partnership teams to build sustainable revenue streams and stronger customer relationships. Apex has also created a ground-breaking Catering Academy for managers at one leading club that offers structured, accredited leadership development for these key match day employees. Apex has built sales academies and accredited company wide sales programmes for a number of major telecommunication businesses – particularly within the mobile phone sector. This has involved creating structured approaches to selling and interacting with customers and then training these approaches across multi-location sales teams – including those operating in a contact centre environment and those in retail outlets. Apex has also developed managers, trainers and coaches and enabled organisations in this sector to become self-sufficient through upskilling internal champions to deliver Apex designed content.
