How did we start?

Apex started in 1993 as a UK based designer and provider of bespoke service, sales, negotiation, presentation, account management, management, coaching and leadership training. Our commitment to delivering business training that transforms the performance of our clients’ businesses hasn’t changed since then, but the methods, solutions, blended approaches, channels, technologies and languages we use in order to fulfil our commitment have grown exponentially and continue to evolve.

How have we grown?

Firstly, we have grown to become a designer and provider of holistic online and offline Learning Journeys. Research tells us that standalone modules or courses are not as effective in the transformation of business performance as tailored, holistic blended Learning Journeys – made of a variety of components and created to suit and develop all learning styles. It is this understanding of learning styles that has influenced our growth in capability.

For example, we produce a range of business parables for more reflective learners, and conversely, we build e-learning, games and apps for subjects more suited to these methods and, of course, all Learning Journeys can be supported by our Learning Journey app. We have developed our capability to provide experiential learning in most topics because this suits and develops a more activist and pragmatic learner, and we have also grown our executive coaching capability to help us develop managers and senior staff in targeted areas of development.

We continue to grow in all areas especially in our international and online capability. Our My721 learning management system is available in sixteen different languages and our bespoke systems can swiftly be provided in as many languages as you require – for example, our largest bespoke system is in 60 languages.

Our intention is to keep improving our bespoke learning approach for the whole world.
