COVID-19 has meant that many companies have needed to furlough employees, and in most instances they have had little or no time to prepare themselves physically or mentally for this huge change. It is essential that employers don’t just leave people to drift alone during furlough, but instead provide some practical support to help them get through the crisis.

For this reason, Apex has launched a seminar called ‘Wellness During Furlough’ which is designed to provide practical advice and guidance to any furloughed worker. The webinar is 90 minutes in duration and has been designed by one of Apex’s Business Psychologists.

Remember – although furloughed employees are not allowed to continue to work for you, they can still be trained at this time.
