E-learning
CyberSafety has been developed as a holistic package of e-learning including various interactive and video elements. It delivers a rounded education on the key aspects of information security and is delivered as an enjoyable and engaging experience.
CyberSafety enables employees to understand the main cyber threats facing both businesses and individuals, and educates them on the daily measures they must take to ensure the security of their own computer and the security of the company’s systems.
At the end of the course there is a randomised multiple-choice assessment in which learners must achieve a score of above 80% to achieve City & Guilds Accreditation.
Developments in technology and connectivity offer ever-increasing business opportunities. However, where opportunities increase, so too do risks.
As seen in the examples of the ransomware attacks that targeted the NHS and other organisations across the world, hackers and blackmailers pose a genuine and dangerous threat to all of us. Organisations that don’t offer comprehensive and up to date Cyber Security training to staff are at risk of allowing weaknesses to be exploited by criminals. This leaves the organisation and its staff and customers at risk.
Common dangers include members of staff being conned into clicking on a link that contains malware, potentially giving the cyber attacker access to company and personal data. The implications of this could be severe for your business. Productivity can grind to a halt while an attack is resolved, resulting in huge financial impact. Money can be extorted or extracted, and crucial data can be lost or stolen.
In addition, if any confidential personal data held by your business is hacked, the risk of liability is high. Even if the attack itself is being successfully dealt with, the potential business impact of reputational damage that you have sustained could continue into the future.
Cyber Security training is vital in ensuring that all your members of staff understand the risks that they and the company face on a daily basis.
More importantly, through our training, they will learn how to protect against these risks by developing effective daily behaviours and taking relevant precautions. In this way, your business can capitalise on opportunities while limiting exposure to risk.
